The status board

The Invitations board is the season's heartbeat. One row per player, four stages per row, and the whole thing refreshes itself while you watch.

Reading a row

• Invited — the email went out (with the time it was sent).
• Registered — the family confirmed their player's info.
• Signed — the waiver is executed.
• Paid — the money is in. The row is done.

Summary counts across the top tell you where the season stands at a glance.

Acting from a row

• Send / Resend — deliver or re-deliver the family's link.
• Set fee — custom price for that family (see fees & scholarships).

Who needs a nudge

The board sorts the story out for you: anyone stuck at Invited for days probably lost the email (resend it), and anyone parked at Signed just has not paid yet. A quick note through your club address usually does it.
