Send invitations

An invitation is a personal link, not a login. The family clicks it on any device and walks three steps: confirm their player's info, sign the waiver, pay the fee. The link keeps working all season and always resumes at the right step.

Sending

From Invitations in the dashboard, check the rows you want and click Send invitations. You will be asked to confirm the count before anything goes out. Each send goes to every parent email on file for that player, deduplicated.

What the family sees

• An email from your club naming their player, what the program is, and what happens next.
• A claim button that opens their personal page, pre-filled with their player's details.
• The three steps with live progress. If they stop halfway and come back next week, the link picks up where they left off.

Resending

Lost emails happen. Send on a row again re-delivers the same link. Nothing resets; whatever the family already completed stays completed.

Holding someone back

Imported but not ready to invite a particular player? Just leave the row unsent. Invitations only go out when you click.
