Fees and scholarships

Your program has a standard fee, and most families pay it. For the rest, a scholarship, a sibling discount, a coach's kid, you can set a custom amount on any single invitation.

Setting a custom fee

On the Invitations board, use Set fee on the row. Enter a dollar amount, and that family's invitation, checkout, and confirmation email all reflect it. Custom fees show a gold custom chip so you can spot them at a glance.

The fine print that protects you

• Changing a fee after a family already has a checkout link invalidates the old link and issues a fresh one at the new price. Nobody can pay a stale amount.
• Once a family has paid, the fee cannot be changed from the board. Refunds and adjustments happen in your payment processor, on purpose.
• A custom fee applies to that one invitation only. The program fee for everyone else is untouched.
