Payments

After the waiver, the family pays by card on a hosted checkout page. The amount is whatever that invitation says, standard fee or custom, and the board updates when the payment lands.

The family's experience

One button: Pay with card. It opens a secure checkout page, they pay, and they are returned to their join page with a confirmation. The whole flow, email to paid, works on a phone.

Your side

• The row flips to Paid on the board.
• Each invitation's checkout is priced per family. A repriced invitation always gets a fresh checkout link; stale links die.
• Families who pay outside the platform, by check or otherwise, can be marked paid manually from the Payments page.
