Import your roster

Most clubs already have the data: a league export, a registration spreadsheet, last season's list. Importing turns each row into a player, a family, and an invitation that is ready to send.

What gets created

• Players with names and birthdates.
• Families grouping players with their parents.
• Parent contacts, deduplicated. If both parent columns hold the same address, the family gets one email, not two.
• Invitations, one per player, each with its own secure link. Nothing is emailed at import time.

Good to know

• Imports are safe to re-run. Players are matched by name and team, so running the same file twice will not create duplicates.
• You choose which teams or divisions to bring in. Import the whole file or just the groups you are inviting.
• Players can also be added one at a time later, with an invitation created the same way.
