SportsOrg Pro runs the unglamorous half of youth sports: getting families invited, registered, signed, and paid, so coaches can spend their time in the gym instead of in spreadsheets.

The story of a season

Here is the whole arc, the way a real club uses it:

1. Import your roster. Bring players and parents in from the spreadsheet export you already have. Every player gets an invitation with a personal link.
2. Send invitations. Each family gets one email. The link is theirs alone, and it carries everything: their player's details, the waiver, and checkout.
3. Families do the rest from a phone. Confirm info, sign the participation waiver with a real signature, pay by card. No account creation, no password.
4. You watch the board. One screen shows every family's progress: invited, registered, signed, paid. Resend or adjust a fee from the same row.

What you need to begin

• A coach or admin login (whoever set up your club has this).
• A roster export with player names and parent emails. Any spreadsheet works.
